Soaked and Dried Millets Flour
Washing and soaking: Unpolished millets are washed thoroughly with water and then soaked for 7 to 8 hours, depending on the type of millet.
Rinsing: After soaking, the millets are removed from the water and rinsed again with normal water.
Drying: The soaked millets are dried in the air until their moisture content is nearly zero.
Grinding: The dried millets are ground into flour using a flour mill.
Cooling: The freshly ground millet flour is allowed to cool down to room temperature.
Sieving and packing: Finally, the cooled millet flour is sieved to ensure a fine texture and then packed accordingly.
